We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, and cash as well.

Please visit our Booking Inquiries page and fill out our booking form. We will then coordinate your event with our schedule and reach out to confirm details. Please keep in mind that a $100 deposit will be required upon confirmation to secure your date/time and will go towards the final amount due on the day of the event. 

We understand that life happens. Cancellations make at least 2 weeks in advance will receive a 100% refund of your initial deposit. Cancellations made from 2 weeks to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made 24 hours before the event or sooner will not be eligible for a refund. 

All of our chains are made of high-quality 14K gold filled metal and .925 sterling silver. We also carry a small selection of solid 14K gold chain. Our connectors are made of the same quality material as our chains to keep your entire piece looking brand new forever. We do not carry any "seasonal" or plated chains. 

Absolutely! We have many connections for quality-sourced chain, connectors, and charms. If you have something in mind and want to make sure we have it for a party or market, please reach out to us via email and we will do our best to accommodate! 

Our pricing varies based on the type of event, number of people, and the audience we're serving. All of our prices reflect these factors and are built around the nature of the event or market. Unfortunately, our chains are not indestructible and accidents do happen. As much as we try to secure our jewelry the best we can, jump rings can occasionally break. If your jewelry falls off, please do everything you can to keep your chain in a safe place and reach out to us as soon as you can! We are happy to re-weld any piece of jewelry that has fallen off or broken. We cannot replace chains that are lost or misplaced. If you lose your chain, you will have to purchase a new piece at full price. 

Simply cut your chain at the jump ring (the little metal connector that was welded together) with a pair of scissors. Make sure to keep your chain secured in case you would like it reattached. 

We carry a select few clasp options, made of the same quality material as our chains. We typically have lobster clasps and magnetic clasps, but if you're looking for a specific type/metal, please let us know so we can make sure we have it in stock for you!

It does not! The process is very quick and pain-free. We use a small, micro-welder to weld a link together and a piece of leather is placed between your skin and the spark. We also provide eye protection to keep you safe.
